Competence. Etude Patrick Goergen was founded by Me Patrick Goergen in 1995. The law firm currently comprises three attorneys registered with Luxembourg Bar Association, one lawyer, one tax adviser and two administrative staff.

Specialization. The firm specializes in European Union law and debt collection. Its competence as well in Luxembourg law makes the firm a privileged partner for clients in Luxembourg and abroad.

Our dedication. The firm lays its accent on a competent, personal and timely service. The deadlines are important for us.

Our publications. The firm publishes regularly contributions, particularly in European and banking law. Me Patrick Goergen is the co-author of a book on media law. The firm members intervene in conferences and seminars and teach in lifelong learning establishments.

Correspondents. Etude Patrick Goergen is a member of European Law Firm, a network of 29 business oriented law firms established across Europe.

Languages. We work in four languages: English, French, German, and of course Luxembourgish.

Etude Patrick Goergen is currently preparing new websites dedicated to issues of cross-border legal questions in the Saar-Lor-Lux region. These websites will deal with social security, taxes, employment and a lot more questions which people working in Luxembourg, but residing in France, Belgium or Germany have to face. We will update on this point once the websites have been launched.
